Continuous preparations for the largest convoy within the agreement of Zamalka – Arbin – Jobar to depart to Syrian north

Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the bus exit process consecutively continues as soon as they finish the boarding of fighters, their families and civilians, where tens of buses have headed to the outskirts of the Eastern Ghouta, while tens of other buses have entered to the areas where the civilians, fighters and their families have been gathering, to transfer new batches and prepare more buses, waiting for the convoy to finish preparations and depart towards the Syrian north, where about 85 buses carry thousands of civilians, fighters and their families are expected to depart within the 3rd batch towards the Syrian north, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published during the past few hours that reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that groups of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the fighters of Al-Rahman Corps and the fighters of Ahrar Al-Sham who stayed in this enclave, are seizing the buses coming into Arbin, by firearm, then they take them to their headquarters and the place where their families gather to get them on the buses, thus, the buses leave without taking citizens, which raged resentment among them, where citizens said that the fighters rush to implement the agreement and try to get out in the first batches leaving the citizens behind, amid fears expressed by the citizens that “the batches of the fighters would be ended before evacuating all citizens which may lead the regime to break the agreement and arrest the remaining citizens”

And the preparations of the third batch of Al-Rahman Corps’ agreement, are coincided with the displacement of citizens from Douma city, where hundreds of citizens have got out of Douma city controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam since this morning, to the regime’s controlled areas, through Al-Wafddien Camp, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that this agreement which will bring out fighters of Rahman Corps, Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, their families and the civilians who refuse the agreement, and the agreement includes in one of its undeclared items; moving fighters of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and their families from the part they control in Yarmouk camp south of the capital Damascus, to the Syrian north along with others people who are getting out by this agreement in the Eastern Ghouta, where they are expected to be evacuated from Yarmouk camp in conjunction with the exit of fighters and their families and civilians from the towns of Arbin, Zamalka and the Damascus neighborhood of Jobar, while anticipation is continuing for implementing the largest deal between Jaysh Al-Islam and the regime, through releasing thousands of abductees and captives by Jaysh Al-Islam which hold them in Al-Tuba Prison and its other detention centers, in return for evacuating thousands of injuries and medical cases by the regime and transfer them to receive treatment within an agreement with a Russian guarantee.
