Military forces mobilize in the vicinity of Afrin to exert a pressure on Jaysh Al-Islam to complete the implementation of the agreement and Tahrir Al-Sham attacks citizens by bulldozers and seizes buses to transport its fighters’ families at first

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces and their allies are mobilizing their forces in the vicinity of Douma area, which is controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam and the last enclave of its fighters in the Eastern Ghouta, after Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement left Harasta city, and the operation which is still continuing to transfer thousands of the fighters with their families and citizens of who reject the agreement to the Syrian North, and this mobilization comes in an attempt to exert a pressure on Jaysh Al-Islam to complete the negotiations with the Russians and reach a final agreement, based on terms most important of which are the entry of the Russian military police to Douma and the return of the regime’s institutions to work in it, the departure of those who reject the agreement towards the Eastern Qalamoun, the release of thousands of captives and prisoners and the evacuation of thousands of wounded to receive treatment.

All of that come with the continuation of the displacement of citizens from Douma city in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, towards the regime’s controlled areas through Al-Wafideen Camp, while the entry of buses from the outskirts of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, to the place where the citizens and fighters gather in Arbin, to prepare the buses waiting for completing the forth batch of the displaced people, to depart towards the Syrian North, after about 13400 people of fighters, their families and citizens displaced to the Syrian North in 3 successive batches within 72 consecutive hours.

The reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham returned to harass the citizens gathered to get out towards the Syrian North, where local sources asserted that members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham attacked the citizens by a bulldozer in order to disperse them, and forced the buses by the firearm to move to their headquarters to get on them with their families, which raged the resentment of the citizens again, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that groups of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the fighters of Al-Rahman Corps and the fighters of Ahrar Al-Sham who stayed in this enclave, are seizing the buses coming into Arbin, by firearm, then they take them to their headquarters and the place where their families gather to get them on the buses, thus, the buses leave without taking citizens, which raged resentment among them, where citizens said that the fighters rush to implement the agreement and try to get out in the first batches leaving the citizens behind, amid fears expressed by the citizens that “the batches of the fighters would be ended before evacuating all citizens which may lead the regime to break the agreement and arrest the remaining citizens”
