The agreement of the 1300 persons in Douma starts to be implemented and the displacement starts towards the Syrian North

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the preparations started to transfer about 1300 citizens, activists and fighters, from Douam city to the Syrian North, through Al-Wafideen Camp, after a partial agreement that had been reached before the other agreement with Jaysh Al-Islam that based on the north-east of Aleppo as a destination, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that this batch will be transferred to the north through Al-Wafideen Camp after the names list is completed in the wake of demonstrations to be brought out from the city remaining out of the regime’s control in the Eastern Ghouta, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the families that will be brought out, include families of fighters in the Islamic Union of Al-Rahman Corps, of who remained in Douma.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Wednesday the 28th of March 2018, that a state of resentment in Douma city revealed by demonstration in which demonstrators went out calling for preventing more destruction to the city, through continuing the negotiations and reaching an agreement with the aforementioned terms in Douma city, and the citizens demanded on releasing their sons hold in the prisons and detention centers of Jaysh Al-Islam, and reliable sources stressed to the SOHR that several people were arrested in Douma city for making names list for thousands of civilians and former militants and activists to leave the Eastern Ghouta towards the Syrian north.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that after the departure of the eighth and final batch of the displaced people from the central part of the Eastern Ghouta,, the regime forces became in control of 94% of the area of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, and the SPHR also published that it has increased to 195400 persons, the number of people displaced from the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, towards the Syrian North and to the regime’s controlled areas, including people stayed in the areas that the regime forces controlled within the Eastern Ghouta, in the enclave controlled by Al-Rahman Corps, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the number of people got out through the crossings towards the regime’s controlled areas exceeded 108 thousand citizens, including 22 thousand left Douma, while about 40 thousand citizens stayed in the towns of Kafr Batna, Ein Tarma, Saqba and Harasta which the regime forces controlled, also about 46400 persons have displaced to the Syrian North they are: 5 thousand persons have displaced to the Syrian North from Harasta city which used to be controlled by Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement, and about 41400 persons including more than 12 thousand fighters of the Islamic factions of who have displaced from Zamalka, Arbin and Jobar controlled by Al-Rahman Corps to the Syrian North.
