Prisoner exchange at the outskirts of Idlib Province for 21 fighters brought by Tahrir al-Sham from Ghouta in exchange of 16 of its members

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an exchange process between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the Jaysh al-Islam at the outskirts of Idlib Province, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory: the exchange took place by mediation of a factions operates in Idlib, where Jaysh al-Islam released 16 members of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham of who were captured months ago, while Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham released 21 prisoners of Jaysh al-Islam of who were gotten out with them from the Eastern Ghouta, during its departure from the areas of Zamalka – Jobar – Arbin within the agreement between the Russians and Rahman Corps.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham transferred about 21 captives of Jaysh Al-Islam to the Syrian North, where it accompanied them within the seventh batch of the displaced people of the middle sector of the Eastern Ghouta, it is noteworthy that these captives were arrested during the latest fighting took place between Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham against Jaysh Al-Islam in the Eastern Ghouta.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that after the departure of the eighth and final batch of the displaced people from the central part of the Eastern Ghouta,, the regime forces became in control of 94% of the area of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, and the SPHR also published that it has increased to 195400 persons, the number of people displaced from the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, towards the Syrian North and to the regime’s controlled areas, including people stayed in the areas that the regime forces controlled within the Eastern Ghouta, in the enclave controlled by Al-Rahman Corps, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the number of people got out through the crossings towards the regime’s controlled areas exceeded 108 thousand citizens, including 22 thousand left Douma, while about 40 thousand citizens stayed in the towns of Kafr Batna, Ein Tarma, Saqba and Harasta which the regime forces controlled, also about 46400 persons have displaced to the Syrian North they are: 5 thousand persons have displaced to the Syrian North from Harasta city which used to be controlled by Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement, and about 41400 persons including more than 12 thousand fighters of the Islamic factions of who have displaced from Zamalka, Arbin and Jobar controlled by Al-Rahman Corps to the Syrian North.
