After being displaced by an agreement with the Russians, Rahman Corps fighters settle in in Afrin city where hundreds of thousands of civilians have been displaced during an attack by “Olive Branch” Operation Forces

Several reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that Al-Rahman Corps tends to head Afrin as a destination for it within the agreement between Al-Rahman Corps and a Russian general, which provides on the immediate start of transfer of ill and injured people to the hospitals in the capital Damascus or Russian field hospitals -via the Red Crescent- with Russian guarantee that they would not be pursued by the regime, and they will be chosen between returning to Ghouta or moving to the Syrian north after the end their treatment, and the exit of fighters with their small arms and families and civilians who want to go the Syrian north, and the exit of fighters and civilians and with their belongings, devices, documents and money without being searched, and for those who choose to stay Russia will ensure that they are not pursued by the regime forces, also points for the Russian military police will be deployed within cities and towns of the Eastern Ghouta and Jobar neighborhood.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that after the departure of the eighth and final batch of the displaced people from the central part of the Eastern Ghouta,, the regime forces became in control of 94% of the area of the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, and the SPHR also published that it has increased to 195400 persons, the number of people displaced from the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, towards the Syrian North and to the regime’s controlled areas, including people stayed in the areas that the regime forces controlled within the Eastern Ghouta, in the enclave controlled by Al-Rahman Corps, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the number of people got out through the crossings towards the regime’s controlled areas exceeded 108 thousand citizens, including 22 thousand left Douma, while about 40 thousand citizens stayed in the towns of Kafr Batna, Ein Tarma, Saqba and Harasta which the regime forces controlled, also about 46400 persons have displaced to the Syrian North they are: 5 thousand persons have displaced to the Syrian North from Harasta city which used to be controlled by Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement, and about 41400 persons including more than 12 thousand fighters of the Islamic factions of who have displaced from Zamalka, Arbin and Jobar controlled by Al-Rahman Corps to the Syrian North.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today that the suffering of the people of Afrin area continues in various forms, where the humanitarian situation unites both of them, which is worsening daily wither it was Tal Rifaat area to which hundreds of thousands of civilians have been displaced to as well as the northern countryside of Aleppo, or those who remained in villages and towns of Afrin area and Afrin city, amid an international silence and a media blackout about this humanitarian catastrophe, were residents informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that it is still unknown; the fate of tens of citizens who were arrested by Turkish Forces and the rebel and Islamic factions of the Syrian opposition who participate in the “Olive Branch” Operation, and civilians from the area said that the Turkish forces and the factions continue to raid houses and arrest citizens on charges of “association with Kurdish Forces and the Democratic Union Party,” where they are transferred to unknown places, while harassment is carried out against the remained people, where the locals confirmed that some families were headed out to of Afrin and of areas controlled by “Olive Branch” Operation Forces; to areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo as a result of the repeated attacks on them by these forces controlling Afrin city and countryside, where hundreds of thousands of civilians continue to suffer while the International and relief organizations and the United Nations turn a blind eye on their appeals, amid decrease in food and services provided to them, in conjunction with preventing them to return to Afrin area at the moment.
