The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of the Russian negotiations in two main sides, one of which is in the southern Rif Dimashq, where negotiations are underway with
dignitaries and notables in the area on the other, about reaching a new agreement about the towns of Yalda, Beit Saham and Babbila, which entered in the first quarter of 2014, within a “reconciliation” with the regime forces, which remained deployed in their vicinities, while the crossings between these areas and the areas where the regime forces are located were opened, while the other side is the factions operating in the Eastern Qalamoun, which the Russian forces are trying to reach a solution about, while these factions announced their rejection to the displacement and the change of the structure of the population or destroying these areas, and their readiness to defense these areas they control if they subjected to any attacks by extremists or the other militiamen, expressing their willingness negotiate about the future of the area, through the information office of the unified command in the Eastern Qalamoun.
