Preparations are underway in the Eastern Ghouta to complete the second convoy amid anticipations for the arrival of the first batch of the displaced people to the north-east of Aleppo

The Eastern Ghouta of Damascus is witnessing preparations of the second batch of people displaced from Douma, to their destination in the north-east of Aleppo, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of about 20 buses since morning, into Douma area through Al-Wafideen Camp, where the displaced people within this batch of citizens who reject the agreement and the fighters and their families, ar getting on these buses, as a part of preparing and completing the second batch, to depart towards the controlled areas of the Turkish-backed rebel and Islamic factions operating in the “Euphrates Shield” Operation, in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, amid anticipations for the arrival of the first batch in the areas of Al-Bab and Jarabulus in Aleppo countryside in the next few hours.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published today morning that the first batch of the displaced people of Douma city which departed yesterday evening, has not arrived yet in its destination in the areas of Al-Bab and Jarabulus in the north-east of Aleppo, and the batch includes more than 21 buses carrying about 1150 persons of fighters and their families and other citizens, and includes more than 700 children and citizen women, who came out rejecting the agreement between Jaysh Al-Islam and the Russian forces, and it is expected that the convoy will arrive soon in its destination.

Also Jaish Al-Islam agreement reached with the Russian included items as follows: settling the situation of the people remained in Douma and the exit of those who refuse the agreement to Jarabulus and Al-Bab area in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, forming a team work headed by Russia includes representatives of the Syrian side and the countries guaranteeing Astana process to arrange the handing over of kidnapped civilians and military personnel and the dead bodies of the regime force captured by Jaish Al-Sham, handing over heavy and medium weapons of Jaish Al-Islam, deployment of military police in Douma and prevent the presence of light arms, forming local council in Douma city with consensus between the controllers of Douma and the regime authority, and the return of the government institution to work in Douma city.
