The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the departure of the buses of the 3rd batch of Douma displaced people towards its destination in the Syrian North, where the batch departed after the midnight of Wednesday – Thursday to its destination, and the batch is consist of about 40 buses carrying hundreds of fighters with their families and other citizens who reject the agreement between Jaysh Al-Islam with the Russians and the regime, while it is expected that the Russian military police will be deployed in the entire of Douma city, according to Jaysh Al-Islam agreement with the Russians and representatives of the regime on the 8th of April 2018, after Jaysh Al-Islam handed over their heavy and medium weapons to the Russian forces, and raising the internationally recognized regime’s flags on governmental institutions belong to the regime inside Douma city, where fighters of Jaysh Al-Islam are still presented inside Douma, while reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that Douma city witnessed calls for the entry of the Russian military police, due to security disorder in the city, while it is expected that a new batch will leave Douma today towards the Syrian North, and all the steps will be implemented successively in Douma city, and the SOHR also learned that the convoy which departed yesterday included the leader of Jaysh Al-Islam and a number of commanders of the first rank.
And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that the prepare process of the third convoy is still underway in Douma city in the eastern Ghouta, where new buses enter the city and others are exit it to the outskirts of the eastern Ghouta, in preparation for completing the convoy and then heading to the Syrian north, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several sources in Douma city that there was shootout in the city, in conjunction with the preparations of buses to depart from the city towards the Syrian north, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, tens of supports of the regime entered in the accompany of “reconciliation” delegation into Douma city and raised the internationally recognized Syrian flag and shouted slogans supporting the regime. They were accompanied by Russian journalists and Russian forces with their vehicles, provoking Jaysh Al-Islam fighters, who were being prepared to depart Douma, which led the fighters to open fire of their guns at the group, leaving several persons injured. Russian journalists are expected to be among the injured. The delegation left Douma immediately heading towards the regime areas of presence in the camp of Al-Wafddien.
