After agreeing on the new destination of displacement… the first steps of Al-Dumayr agreement took place between representatives of the city and of the regime and the Russians are implemented

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the factions operating in Al-Dumayr area, started to implement the first step of their agreement with representatives of the Russian side and the regime, where Jaysh Al-Islam and the formations operating in Al-Dumayr area in the Eastern Qalamoun, are handing over the medium and heavy weapons they have, and the procedures will be completed in the next hours and the next 2 days, to be followed by preparations to displace hundreds of fighters with their families from the Eastern Qalamoun towards the Syrian North.

And the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that it was agreed on “settling the situations” of the remaining people inside the city, and reactivating the governmental institutions of the regime inside the city, while the fighters and their families and citizens who reject the agreement will be transferred to the Syrian North by buses that will be prepared to carry out new displacement in Rif Dimashq, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that negotiations are underway between representatives of the Eastern Qalamoun with representatives of the Russian side, about a new agreement about the Eastern Qalamoun, leads to the displacement of all of those reject the agreement between the both parties, towards a destination that has not been decided yet, and to “settle the situations” of those will remain, and it is expected that the final agreement will be reached with the continuation of the negotiations during the next hours and days, about the area where Jaysh Al-Islam, the forces of Ahmad al-Abdu, Jaysh Tahrir Al-Sham and other factions operating under the unified command in the Eastern Qalamoun, are located.
