Kurdish intelligence re-closes an internet café at al-Busayrah a few days after granting a license to open it for one of the previous security members of ISIS

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for human rights: the Syrian Observatory monitored the intelligence of the Syria Democratic Forces closing an internet café in al-Busayrah town , where it was closed days after the license was granted to one of its members, of who local sources of area said that he was a “security member of the security office of al-Khayr State and an escort of a leader in the Islamic States Organization”, where the café was raided and the internet devices and laptops were confiscated, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the People’s Municipal of the Self-Administration of the Syria Democratic Forces have issued a circular specifying the price of water service for each commercial and non-commercial group in the area, and decisions that people must issue a license for furnaces, shops and industrial factories, and to determine the prices of water in al-Busayrah town and several other areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a circulation distributed by People’s Municipal in the area, to inform the owners of these establishments and real estate.

The Syria Democratic Forces on the second third of November 2017 took control of al-Busayrah area which is located east of the Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after extensive military operations against the “Islamic State” Organization, which used to control the entire area east of Euphrates and later was besieged in several villages and towns on the same bank of the river, while hundreds of detainees members of the Organization of the Syrian Jazeera in Deir Ezzor Province; were released, they were captured or arrested by the Syria Democratic Forces during the clashes and after controlling most of the east of Euphrates.
