The regime forces’ shells target the north of Latakia and clashes witnessed in places in the area

Latakia Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in the northern countryside of Latakia were shelled by the regime forces, where the regime forces targeted by several shells, places in the area of Tuffahiyeh in the northern countryside of Latakia, without information about casualties, also clashes took place this dawn between the rebel and Islamic factions against the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, in the area of Talat Rashu in the northern countryside of Latakia, as a result of an ambush by the factions in the area which resulted in the fall of casualties and wounded in the ranks of the regime forces.
