Violent clashes break out near Homs – Salamiyah Highway in the northern countryside of Homs and shelling targets the area

Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in Izz Al-Din village in the northern countryside of Homs, were subjected to artillery shelling by the regime forces, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while the clashes renewed between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the northern countryside of Homs, from the side of Homs – Salamiyah Highway, as a result of an attack and an attempt by the regime forces to advance into Salim front, amid exchange of targeting in the clash areas between the both parties, and no information about casualties was reported yet.
