The regime forces continue shelling south of Damascus and advance in areas at the expense of ISIS

Damascus Province, the Syrian Observatory for human Rights: explosions were heard in the capital Damascus, caused from the fall of shells on areas in Al-Midan and its surroundings, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, while the regime forces continue their intense and violent targeting for areas in al-Hajar al-Aswad, Yarmouk Camp , al-Tadamon and al-Kadam south of the capital, amid aerial and missile shelling targeted the same areas, which caused more destruction in the property of citizens, infrastructure and public facilities, while the clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization, in several areas in the vicinity and outskirts of ISIS-controlled areas south of the capital Damascus, in a continued attempt by the regime forces to advance more in the area, and put pressure on the organization and forcing it to carry out the agreement, where the regime forces were able to advance and the control residential blocks, buildings and sites controlled by the organization and other areas northeast of Yarmouk Camp at the outskirts of al-Tadamon, also the clashes continue between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in areas at the northern outskirts of Yarmouk Camp.

And the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the shelling during Thursday and Friday have caused more casualties, raising to 6, the number of people who were killed south of Damascus since Thursday –including an ambulance driver– also others were injured, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and due to the presence of missing people under the rubble caused by the bombing, which damaged the infrastructure and property of citizens and also put a hospital out of work as a result of the damage it had, while shells fell on regime forces’ controlled areas which injured several people, also the clashes continued at a varying pace of violence between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the “Islamic State” organization, in conjunction with clashes between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against and the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, amid intense exchange of targeting in the clash areas, and information about casualties among all parties
