Ongoing preparations to continue the eastern Qalamon agreement and prepare more buses to head towards the second convoy to the Syrian north
The SOHR monitored that the ongoing preparations of buses since today morning in the eastern Qalamon area to move the fighters of Hayaat Tahrir Al-Sham and Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic Movement to the Syrian north, from the towns and citizens of Jirod, Al-Atna, Al-Nasriyah, al-Rahiba, where at least 20 buses got out so far after they carried the fighters and their families and civilians refusing the agreement, which was reached between the Russians and the regime against representatives of the aforementioned areas. Heavy and medium weapons were handed over to the regime and in the coming hours the buses are expected to leave to its destination. The first batch of the displaced people departed yesterday and included 44 buses carrying hundreds of fighters and their families and civilians refusing the agreement.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published 3 days ago that a final agreement has been reached between representatives of the Russians and the regime and representatives of the areas of al-Nasriyyeh, Jeroud, al-Atnah, al-Rahiba, al-Sharqi Mountain and Batra Mountain, and in the details obtained by the Observatory: the meeting between that took place between parties of the agreement on Thursday, the 19th of April 2018, led to a full agreement among them, which provides exit of all of who wants to from the factions of the area (Jaysh al-Islam, Ahmad al-Abdu Forces , Jaysh Tahrir al-Sham, Ahrar al-Sham Movement, Jaysh Osud al-Sharqiyyah, Shuhada’a al-Qaryatayn Brigades, Saraya Ahel al-Sham and members from Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham), in addition to the families of fighters and other civilians who refuse the agreement towards the Syrian north in the coming days, after handing over the medium and heavy weapons.
