Prisoner exchange between Jaysh Khalid Ibn Al-Walid and the factions west of Daraa and shells target Aleppo city

Aleppo Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: several shells landed Sunday evening on places in al-Shahba neighborhood in Aleppo city, which is controlled by the regime forces but no information about casualties.

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an exchange process took place between the factional  and Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: this exchange took place in the western countryside Daraa afternoon of today, Sunday, where a fighter of the factions who was captured earlier by Jaysh Khalid Ibn Al-Walid was released; in return for the release of one of the “security members” of Jaysh Khalid Ibn Al-Walid by the factions, and in another context, clashes took place between two rebel factions as a result of fighting between them in Inkhil city north of Daraa, but no information until the moment about the cause and conditions of the fighting.
