Asayish Forces release about 110 detainees from their jails and mediation is underway to release more

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the release of tens of detainees by the Kurdish forces, of who were in the prisons of the internal Kurdish security forces “Asayish”; and the detentions of the Syria Democratic Forces, and the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: about 110 persons who have been arrested months ago were released, after mediations by several dignitaries and notables from the area, where the detainees descend from the areas of al-Raqqah, Manbij, al-Bab, Tal Abyad, al-Tabaqa and Deir Ezzor, where they were released, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that clan mediations are taking place with the Kurdish forces to release more of the detainees who have been arrested on various charges, most notably, cooperating with the “Islamic State” organization, belonging to it and working in its ranks.
