Video by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights shows the missile shelling from al-Omar Oilfield, where the Coalition base is located to the east of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the shelling targeted areas controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the same countryside.
