76 were killed yesterday including 32 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and 23 other persons

In al-Hasaka Province 23 citizens were killed, they are: 10 children, 6 women and 7 men most of them are elderly, as a result of aerial bombardment by warplanes –and it is unknown if they belong to the International Coalition or not–, on al-Qasr area of al-Tal al-Shayer in areas controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the southern countryside of al-Hasakah city, and most of the casualties are from 2 families.

The Syrian Observatory also documented the killing of at least 112 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, as well as the killing of more than 91 members of the “Islamic State” organization in the shelling, clashes and targeting south of the capital Damascus

And 5 members of the regime forces and their allied militiamen were killed as a result of the shelling and clashes with the “Islamic State” organization and the factions.

At least 4 fighters of the “Islamic State” organization and the factions of non-Syrian nationalities were killed in clashes and shelling of warplanes and helicopters and shelling on their areas of presence.
