After the arrival of the first convoy of displaced people to Afrin area…the second displaced people convoy departs towards the same destination from the southern Rif Dimashq

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the convoy which departed from the southern Rif Dimashq, is continuing its way towards the Syrian North, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the departure which includes 18 vehicles carrying 650 fighters with their families and citizens of who refused the agreement between representatives of the towns of Yalda, Bebbila and Beit Saham and between the Russians and representatives of the regime, after the first convoy arrived today morning, Friday the 4th of May 2018, in its destination in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, and the intersected sources confirmed to the SOHR that the first convoy have been transferred to Afrin area and its is expected that the second convoy will be transferred to the same destination.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that it monitored the arrival of the first convoy of displaced people from the 3 towns south of Rif Dimashq to its destination in the Syrian north, where more than 32 buses arrived on Friday morning at Abu al-Zendin crossing near al-Bab area in the northern countryside of Aleppo, carrying on board about 1650 fighters of the factions, their families and other civilians who refused the agreement reached between representatives of the towns of Yalda, Babbila and Beit Saham, and, the regime and the Russians. In the same context, it is expected that preparations take place to get new batches out today towards the destinations specified previously in the agreement, which are Daraa in the south of Syria, and Idlib and Jarabulus north of Syria, the Syrian Observatory also published yesterday morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of buses to the towns of Yalda, Bebbila and Beit Saham on Thursday morning, the 3rd of May 2018, where fighters and their families and other civilians are now boarding the busses, of who refused the agreement between representatives of the 3 towns, and, the regime and the Russians, the buses will carry thousands towards Idlib and Jarabulus north of Syria and Daraa in the south of Syria, where the names of thousands of persons who refused to agree were registered yesterday, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that preparations are under way to carry out the displacement agreement in the southern countryside of the capital Damascus, where it is expected that the displacement process will take place and start in the next 24 hours, by departing the convoys to 3 main destinations: Idlib and Jarabulus in the north of Syria and Daraa in the south of Syria, from the towns of Yalda, Babila and Beit Saham, and the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that the lists of civilians and fighters who refused the agreement and want to get out towards the destinations specified for the displacement; are being prepared, and at the same time the regime forces will spread in the points from which the factions are withdrawing and located on the contact lines with the “Islamic State” Organization, and it is excepted that thousands of fighters, their families and civilians will be displaced, of who reject the agreement of the representatives of the towns with the Russians and the regime.
