Continuous preparations in south Rif Dimashq towns to displace a new batch of people to the specified destination

Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of preparations to complete the third batch from the 3 towns Beit Saham, Yalda and Babbila towards the specified destination, where about 22 buses have been gotten out until now from these towns and they stopped at the outskirts of the towns, waiting for the convoy to be completed and depart, where it is expected for about 55 buses to depart today within the process of displacement from the south of Rif Dimashq, towards the north and south of Syria, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of preparations for displacing a new batch from the area today Saturday, to move the displaced people towards one of the destinations specified previously in the north and south of the Syria, where it is expected for about 55 buses to be prepared in a third batch and depart to one of the destinations of displacement, in conjunction with the arrival of the second convoy of displaced people from the towns of Babbila, Yalda and Beit Saham south of Rif Dimashq to the north of Syria, where at least 18 vehicles have arrived, carrying on board 650 fighters, their families and other civilians who rejected the agreement between the representatives of the 3 towns and the regime and the Russians.

The first convoy of displaced persons from the 3 towns had arrived to the northern eastern countryside of Aleppo city on Friday morning, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that preparations are under way to carry out the displacement agreement in the southern countryside of the capital Damascus, where it is expected that the displacement process will take place and start in the next 24 hours, by departing the convoys to 3 main destinations: Idlib and Jarabulus in the north of Syria and Daraa in the south of Syria, from the towns of Yalda, Babila and Beit Saham, and the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that the lists of civilians and fighters who refused the agreement and want to get out towards the destinations specified for the displacement; are being prepared, and at the same time the regime forces will spread in the points from which the factions are withdrawing and located on the contact lines with the “Islamic State” Organization, and it is excepted that thousands of fighters, their families and civilians will be displaced, of who reject the agreement of the representatives of the towns with the Russians and the regime.
