The Third Convoy Reaches The Syrian North In Conjunction With The Entry Of A New Batch Of Buses To Rif Dimashq’s 3 Towns To Depart A New Batch

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of new buses for the 4th consecutive day to the south of Rif Dimashq, to depart the 4th batch of people from Yalda, Babbila and Beit Saham toward a specific destination within the agreement of the 3 towns representatives, and, the regime and the Russians, where it is expected for hundreds of fighters, their families and civilians who refused the agreement with the regime to be departed, after departing about 5000 persons of the 3 towns in the last 3 days towards the Syrian north, where the 3rd convoy that was carrying more than 2700 persons had arrived to the Syrian north, and now it is waiting to entry areas controlled by “Euphrates Shield” Operation Forces, where intersected sources from within the convoy confirmed that buses from the convoy had been attacked by supporters of the regime when they passed through Homs, where the buses were thrown by stones and information about the injury of one person.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the convoy which includes about 65 buses and vehicle, and carrying more than 2700 persons of fighters with their families and citizens of who refuse the agreement of the three towns in the southern Rif Dimashq, is continuing its way towards the Syrian North, after it departed from the outskirts of the town after completing the third batch of people displaced from the towns of Yalda, Bebbila and Beit Saham, raising to 5000, the number of people who displaced on three batches in 72 hours from the southern Rif Dimashq towards Afrin in the Syrian North, and a new batch is expected to leave tomorrow towards a specific destination within the agreement between the Russians and the regime and between representative of the three towns.

And the 3 towns’ first convoy had reached yesterday, Friday, the 4th of May 2018, its destination in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, while several intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the first convoy was moved to Afrin area and it is expected for the second convoy to head towards the same destination, while yesterday preparations are under way to carry out the displacement agreement in the southern countryside of the capital Damascus, where it is expected that the displacement process will take place and start in the next 24 hours, by departing the convoys to 3 main destinations: Idlib and Jarabulus in the north of Syria and Daraa in the south of Syria, from the towns of Yalda, Babila and Beit Saham, and the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that the lists of civilians and fighters who refused the agreement and want to get out towards the destinations specified for the displacement; are being prepared, and at the same time the regime forces will spread in the points from which the factions are withdrawing and located on the contact lines with the “Islamic State” Organization, and it is excepted that thousands of fighters, their families and civilians will be displaced, of who reject the agreement of the representatives of the towns with the Russians and the regime.
