Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the second convoy within the 7th and last batch from the towns of Babbila, Beit Saham and Yalda, has departed towards the Syrian North, where the SOHR monitored the displacement of more than 15 buses carrying fighters with their families and other civilians of who refuse the agreement between the Russians and the regime, and between representatives of the three towns, where this second convoy will head to Aleppo countryside, and the virst convoy of the same batch departed few hours ago towards Idlib province, thus, it has increased to about 8400, the number of people displaced from the towns of Babbila, Beit Saham and Yalda, since the start of the displacement operation on the 3rd of May 2018, and in the same context, the fighters and citizens who wants to stay will be able to stay provided that they have their situations settled while the police of the regime forces and the Russian police will enter the area according to the agreement reached earlier, it is noteworthy that with the departure of this last batch from the towns of Babbila, Beit Saham and Yalda, the capital Damascus and its vicinity become free of the presence of the opposition factions factions for the first time since 2011, with the exception of the presence of the organization in the neighborhoods of Al-Hajar al-Aswad, Yarmouk Camp and Al-Tadamon.
And the Syrian observatory published in the past few hours, that it monitored the departure of a number of buses within the first convoy of the 7th batch from the towns of Babbila, Beit Saham and Yalda, towards the Syrian North, where the SOHR learned that the 7th batch will be divided into two convoys, where the first convoy departed towards Idlib province, and the preparations and boarding process of fighters and their families and other civilians of who refuse the agreement, are continuing for the buses of the second convoy within the same batch when it will leave when it is completed towards Aleppo countryside, and sources informed the SOHR that the displacement process from the three towns is expected to be finished today within the agreement between representatives of the area and between the regime and the Russians, also smoke noticed in the skies of the three towns caused by burning a number of headquarters of the factions by the factions themselves before leaving, in the same context, the displaced people of the 5th and 6th convoys which departed from the southern Rif Dimashq towards the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, have been still staying in the open at Abu Al-Zandyen crossing in Al-Bab area in the north-east of Aleppo, with the continued prevention of the Turkish authorities from letting the two convoys enter their controlled areas, and the convoys arrived in the area at dawn of Tuesday and at dawn of Wednesday, where the 5th convoy carried about 1370 persons, while the 6th convoy carries about 660 persons.
