After Displacing About 9000 People In 3 Batches from Central Syria, Preparations Are Underway to Complete The 4th Displacement Convoy Towards the Syrian North

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has been monitoring preparations since the morning of Saturday, the 12th of May  2018, to transport thousands of citizens, fighters and their families from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama towards the Syrian north, where it is expected for tens of buses to be ready in the next few hours within the 4th convoy, and then the convoy will depart to its destination, where the displacement process from central Syria to its north will continue until the full terms of the agreement are carried out, where the agreement was signed between the representatives of north Homs and south Hama and their factions, and, the Russians and the regime, where a number of buses have come out after the boarding was completed, and they are still waiting at the outskirts of areas controlled by the factions, waiting the preparations of the rest of buses to be completed, where the buses within the factions’ controlled areas in north Homs and south Hama are being prepared.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of the 3rd convoy of central Syria’s displaced people to the Syrian north, where the convoy arrived after midnight of yesterday to the northwestern countryside of Hama, and the buses were switched there then they headed towards their destination in Idlib Province, the convoy includes more than 70 buses with about 3500 people on board of fighters, their families and other civilians who refused the agreement between representatives of the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama, and, between the regime and the Russians, where the number of displaced people of the 3rd convoy had increased after other buses joined the convoy yesterday night Friday, while it is expected for the buses to enter the area today in order to displace a new batch out of it, and with the exit of the 3rd batch it rose to 9000, the number of people displaced on board of 3 convoys from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama towards the north of Syria.
