More Than 13000 People Arrived Aboard 4 Convoys to Idlib Coming from Northern Countryside of Homs And South of Hama, Preparations Are Underway for the 5th Convoy

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of the 2nd batch of the 4th convoy to the outskirts of Idlib Province, where the convoy includes more than 180 vehicles including about 55 buses, and carrying about 2550 civilians and fighters, raising to about 4050, the number of people who were displaced within 25 batches in the 4th convoy, which in turn rises to at least 13050, the number of people who were displaced from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama on board of 4 convoys, while preparations for a new convoy –the 5th one–  are now taking place to displace the people from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama towards the Syrian north.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored this morning the arrival of the 1st batch of the 4th convoy of central Syria’s displaced people to Qal’aat al-Madiq northwest of Hama after midnight of yesterday, where the buses were switched and then they went on their way towards their last destination in Idlib Province.

In another context, the second batch of the same convoy is parked at the checkpoints the regime forces south of Hama, where it includes tens of buses carrying hundreds of fighters, their families and civilians on board, of who refused the agreement between representatives of north Homs and south Hama and between the Russians and the regime, while it is expected that today for a new displacement process to take place from the area, while a new batch of buses have entered the northern countryside of Homs to get a new batch of displaced people out to the Syrian north.

The Syrian Observatory published last night, Saturday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from a number of intersected sources that tens of buses and vehicles have departed from the northern countryside of Homs and southern countryside of Hama, towards Idlib province, where they are expected to reach Qalaat al-Madiq area in the north-western countryside of Hama, on the administrative border with Idlib in the next few hours, and the first batch of the 4th convoy includes about 1500 persons, and it will be followed by the second batch of the same convoy, thus, this convoy will catch up with three previous convoys preceded it to the Syrian North, carrying about 9000 citizens and fighters with their families, while preparations for a new convoy of displaced people are expected to be carried out tomorrow, with the continued implementation of the displacement step according to the agreement of the Russians and the regime with representatives of the northern countryside of Homs and southern countryside of Hama and its factions.
