A new convoy carrying thousands of displaced people arrives in the outskirts of Idlib province and preparations are underway for launching another one in the next few hours

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from a number of reliable sources, that a new convoy has arrived in Qalaat al-Madiq, at the outskirts of Idlib, including tens of buses and tens of private vehicles, carrying more than 3300 citizens and fighters displaced from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama, where preparations are underway to enter them to Idlib province, while the process of completing the preparations of a now convoy is underway in order to depart from the southern countryside of Hama toward Idlib in the next few hours, and the displacement is expected to be completed in the next few days until completing the entire term of the displacement within the agreement of the Russians and the regime with representatives of the northern countryside of Homs and southern countryside of Hama.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of the 2nd batch of the 4th convoy to the outskirts of Idlib Province, where the convoy includes more than 180 vehicles including about 55 buses, and carrying about 2550 civilians and fighters, raising to about 4050, the number of people who were displaced within 25 batches in the 4th convoy, which in turn rises to at least 13050, the number of people who were displaced from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama on board of 4 convoys, while preparations for a new convoy –the 5th one–  are now taking place to displace the people from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama towards the Syrian north.
