As part of the ongoing demographic change…a new batch of displaced people leaves the north of Homs and south of Hama towards Idlib in the Syrian North

Homs Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from intersected sources, that a batch of tens of buses and vehicles, has departed from the northern countryside of Homs and the southern countryside of Hama, towards Idlib province, where this batch carries tens of fighters and citizens of who refuse the agreement of the Russians and the regime with representatives of the north of Homs and south of Hama and their factions, and this batch is expected to arrive in Qalaat al-Madiq at the outskirts of Idlib in the next few hours, and the Syrian Observatory published few hours ago, that it monitored the entry of buses again to areas controlled by the factions operating in the north of Homs and south of Hama, to prepare a new convoy for transferring people again to Idlib Province, where the convoy is expected to be completed and it will carry hundreds of civilians, fighters and their families, of who refused the agreement of the regime and the Russians with representatives of north Homs and south Hama and their factions, to follow more than 18800 displaced people until now, who have gotten out aboard 5 batches to the northeast countryside of Aleppo and to Idlib Province.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that it monitored the arrival of the convoy which came out of the southern countryside of Hama towards its destination in the Syrian north, to Qalaat al-Madiq northwest of Hama after midnight yesterday, where the buses were switched and then the convoy continued its way towards its last destination in Idlib Province, while preparations are expected to begin this morning to displace a new batch from north Homs and South Hama for those who refused the agreement that took place between representatives of both areas and between the Russians and the regime.
