Aerial bombardment accompanied by artillery and missile shelling target south of Damascus, in conjunction with violent clashes
Damascus province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Warplanes carried out more airstrikes on areas controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the southern part of the capital Damascus, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored shelling by the regime forces using rocket and artillery shells, and missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, in conjunction with violent clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against members of the “Islamic State” organization, in al-Tadamon neighborhood and on the outskirts of Yarmouk Camp and the area separating them from al-Hajar al-Aswad neighborhood, amid exchange of targeting on the clash areas.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that a missile shelling by the regime forces targeted Yarmouk Camp, in conjunction with the bombardment of warplanes and helicopter, which have been targeting Yarmouk Camp and al-Tadamon neighbourhood since the dawn of today by tens of raids and strikes, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the death and injury of 2 citizes in the shelling, also the Observatory documented the death of 4 citizens and the injury and loss of more than 20 others in the shelling that targeted I building in Yarmouk Camp, within the areas that still controlled by the “Islamic State” Organization, rising to 56 at least including 14 children and 6 women, the number of casualties who have been killed since the 19th of April 2018, in the shelling by the regime forces by artillery and rocket shells missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, and the bombardment by warplanes and helicopters by missiles, bombs and explosive barrels, while the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of tens of injuries and missing people, where a number of injuries have seriously wounded and others are in critical situations, while the fate of many of the missing people is still unknown, weather they have died or are still alive, where the citizens and rescuers try when the pace of shelling decreases, to extract stuck people or bodies from the rubble of destruction caused by the shelling on Yarmouk Camp and the rest controlled areas of the organization.
