Documenting more casualties under torture in Syrian regime’s detention centers

Homs province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 2 brothers from Palmyra city east of Homs, where they died under torture inside the Syrian regime’s security detention centers, after arresting them several years ago.
