Casualties in mine explosion and shooting in the countryside of al-Raqqah and Idlib

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2 people as a result of a mine explosion near al-Kantari area in the northern countryside of al-Raqqah.
