15 casualties at least mostly children and women were killed in a round of bombardment and killing by warplanes in towns and cities in Idlib countryside

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the number of casualties is continuing to increase in Idlib countryside, as a result of the death of more citizens, affected by the injury they had as a result of escalating the bombardment by warplanes on several areas in the north-east and south of Idlib city, where it rose to 15 persons at least including 7 children and 2 citizen women, the number of citizens whose death was documented today by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights in the province, they are 2 children who were killed in the raids on Ariha city, a young man was killed in the airstrikes on Ram Hamdan town, a child girl was killed in the raids that targeted Binnish city, and 10 citizens including 4 children and a woman were killed in the massacre that took place in Taftanaz town, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions.

This bombardment comes after less than 72 hours on Zardana Massacre in the northern countryside of Idlib, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 51 persons at least, including 9 children under the age of eighteen and 11 woman, which is the largest massacre in 2018, and the airstrikes on the area came hours after the heaviest attack in 3 years on the towns of al-Fu’ah and Kafriya, which are Inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northeastern countryside of Idlib city, where the Syrian Observatory published this morning that 6 members at least of the pro-regime gunmen were killed in the towns of al-Fu’ah and Kafriya, after violent shelling and clashes between them against Saraya Darayya Gathering, Jaysh al-Ahrar, Uzbek and Turkestani fighters, and other factions in the vicinity of both towns in the northeastern countryside of Idlib city, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received confirmed information that members of the attacking factions were also killed as a result of these clashes and shelling, and the death toll may rise because there are some seriously injured persons. This attack is the most violent on since almost 3 years.
