Air attack by the International Coalition warplanes on Hajin kills at least 12 members of the “Islamic State” organization following a missile attack on the town

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the International Coalition warplanes carrying out several strikes targeting the enclave, which is still under the control of the “Islamic State” organization at the east bank of Euphrates river after midnight of yesterday, following a missile attack by the International Coalition forces on the same enclave, and the Syrian Observatory learned that air raids targeted Hajin area and killing at least 12 members of the “Islamic State” organization, and injured others with varying severity, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that several explosions rocked ISIS last enclave at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, they were caused by shelling by 24 rocket shells which were fired by the International Coalition on areas in Hajin town, which is controlled by the “Islamic State” organization, causing material damage, without information about casualties so far, while the International Coalition’s warplanes are still continuing to fly over the area, amid calm prevailing the battle fronts for days, with the exception of the rocket shelling by the International Coalition on Hajin, where this shelling comes 72 hours after the last similar shelling on the area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored on the evening of the 30th of June 2018, shelling by the International Coalition’s forces on areas in ISIS last enclave, where the Coalition targeted areas in Hajin town by 20 missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 27th of June 2018, that it obtained information from several reliable sources, confirming that the International Coalition warplanes targeted Hajin town which is within the last enclave of the “Islamic State” organization; at the east bank of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the shelling killed 3 members including a commander in the Public Relations Office of the Organization, also a drone carried out during the hours of last night several strikes and targeted area in the northeastern desert of Deir Ezzor, killing at least 12 members of ISIS, where the drone targeted the organization members while they were moving northeast of Deir Ezzor, also the strikes that took place during the hours of last night have injured several others.

The Syrian Observatory published 6 days ago that explosions were heard in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, caused by bombardment by warplanes affiliated to the International Coalition, on areas in al-Shafa town which is located in ISIS last enclave at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the bombardment targeted a house that was seized earlier by the organization, while no information about casualties was reported yet, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 21st of June 2018, that 7 citizens of the people of al-Shafa were killed, in addition to killing 14 members of the organization, as a result of strikes by the International Coalition, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, and these strikes were followed by dropping leaflets by planes of the International Coalition over Hajin town and al-Bukhatir area, these leaflets included caricatures of members and leaders of the Organization, containing expressions about putting the members in fight fronts and in clashes within the East Euphrates by leaders of the organization, and putting the member within the illusion that they would win and defeat their opponents.
