Continuous preparations in Quneitra countryside to start a new displacement process toward the Syrian north

Al-Quneitra Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: preparations are underway for the new process of displacement from the Syrian south toward the Syrian north, where the buses that arrived on last night in the mid-sector countryside of Al-Quneitra are still waiting at the corridor of Umm Batinah– Jabba, waiting to enter the factions’ controlled areas to begin the process of transferring the first batch of people who refused the agreement towards the Syrian north, and the Syrian Observatory published last night that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the preparations are continuing to start the new evacuation from the Syrian South, towards the Syrian North, where the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory, that the buses which arrived in the past few hours, headed towards the central countryside of Al-Quneitra, in waiting for starting the boarding process of those who refuse the agreement about Al-Quneitra and Daraa, where they (the citizens and fighters with their families who refuse the agreement) will be transported towards the Syrian North, according to the agreement reached with representatives of the areas of Al-Quneitra province and Daraa province, where it is expected that the buses will be got ready in the next few hours to be launched towards the north of Syria.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that the regime forces militarily expanded in the remaining areas of Daraa countryside and in areas in Al-Quneitra countryside, and this advancement was coincided with the arrival of a number of buses in Al-Quneitra countryside, to start to implement the agreement which was reached in the province under a Russian supervision, which leads to the return of the situations to what they used to be before 2011, as well as the exit of those who refuse the agreement towards the Syrian North, and it is expected that the displacement processes of more citizens and gunmen will start in the next few hours towards the Syrian North, thus, the file of the Syrian South is almost closed with the exception of the areas where Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham are located, after a whole month of military operations against the opposition rebel and Islamic factions operating in both Daraa and Al-Quneitra countryside.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning, that it monitored reaching an agreement under the Russian supervision about the fate of al-Quneitra province, which includes all the areas in the province except the areas that are under the control of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and in the details that the Syrian Observatory obtained: an agreement was reached which provides for the exit of all those who refuse the agreement of fighters, their families, and other civilians to the Syrian north, in addition to handing over heavy and medium-sized weapons on stages, the entry of the Russian military police into the towns and villages of Quneitra, and settling situations of those who are due to the conscription service and the return of displaced people to their towns and villages, while the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the process of registering names of people who refuse the agreement and wishing to leave towards the Syrian north had begun.
