Within the large displacement, SDF arrest an Asian leader who fled with his family along with tens of thousands of dollars from the eastern banks of Euphrates River

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for human rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from reliable sources, who confirmed that the Syria Democratic Forces arrested a leader while he was fleeing to the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and in the details documented by the Syrian Observatory: the Asian nationality leader was arrested while he was attempting to flee along with several members of his family, all of them are children and women, from the “Islamic State” organization’s enclave on the east bank of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, along with thousands of displaced families who displaced during the past few hours towards areas control by the Syria Democratic Forces, and reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the leader had about 50000 dollars in his possession while he was escaping from the last enclave of ISIS at the east bank of Euphrates, which was subjected to aerial bombardment and targeting in conjunction with clashes, in order to control it by the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the east bank of Euphrates River is witnessing the continuation of military operation by the International Coalition; along with the beginning of displacement of people from the area, and in the details that were monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights on Friday, the 20th of July 2018: thousands of civilians have arrived in areas controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, coming from the last enclave controlled by the “Islamic State” Organization on the east bank of Euphrates River, where they were brought into areas controlled by Syria Democratic Forces, through a corridor at al-Bahra area near Hajin town, which is undergoing a military operation in order to control it, also humanitarian assistance of foodstuffs and water was distributed to the displaced people who fled the military operation in the area.

It worth mentioning that the SOHR also obtained information from reliable sources reported that there are more than 65 first-rank commanders of the “Islamic State” organization in Hajin town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality in addition to foreign nationalities, and the sources have also reported to the Syrian Observatory that there are more than 800 detainees of the “Islamic State” organization in Hajin town, their fate is unknown until the moment.
