More devastating airstrikes target Yarmouk Basin raise their number to more than 200 strikes in about 16 hours and cause a massacre in Tasil town

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas controlled by Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization; are witnessing renewed aerial bombardments since midnight of yesterday, where it rose to 200 at least, the number the aerial strikes monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights until now, which were carried out by warplanes and helicopters by rockets and barrel bombs, where they targeted the towns of al-Shajra, Hayt, Sahm al-Golan, Tasil, the Libyan Company, and other areas in Yarmouk basin in the western countryside of Daraa, which caused a massacre of at least 5 people, most of them are of one family, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, and because there are missing people whose fate is still unknown until now.

This intense shelling was coincided advancement by Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid in the wake of the emptying factions’ controlled areas adjacent to the areas that are controlled by Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid in Yarmouk Basin, where it advanced in the areas of al-Bakkar, al-Jbyliyyeh, al-Ma’alaqa, al-Maja’eid, Ayn Zubeida, al-Abdali, Abu Hajar, and other areas adjacent to them, which expanded the size of areas controlled by Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid to about 8% of Daraa Province area, also this is the second expansion of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization in the vicinity of the Yarmouk Basin, after their controlled days ago Hayt town, following violent clashes against the rebel and Islamic factions that carried out “reconciliation” with the regime, where back then an agreement imposed on them to hand over their heavy weapons and to withdraw towards other areas in Daraa province.

These insane bombardments and shelling also come with the continuation of fears for lives of more than 30000 civilians taken as human shields by Jaysh Khalid, where the civilians continue to flee the towns which are under Russian holocaust in the area, towards border areas with the occupied Syrian Golan, and the Syrian Observatory published last night that  the controlled areas of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” Organization, in Yarmouk Basin in the western sector of Daraa countryside, witnessed more destruction as a result of the ongoing intensive shelling on the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces continued their shelling in the hours of today’s evening, Thursday the 19th of July 2018, while the towns of Jilin, Tasil and Saham Al-Golan, witnessed substantial destruction as a result of the bombardment by warplanes and helicopters as well as the rocket and artillery shelling by the regime force and gunmen loyal to them and the factions before they joined to the “reconciliations”, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored bombardment by helicopters targeting areas in Jilin town and the Libyan Company as well as other places in Yarmouk Basin, amid shelling by the regime forces on places in Jilin town and the Libyan Company as well as the areas of Tell Ashtara and Al-Mzayri’a, also the warplanes targeted areas in Saham Al-Golan town, without information about human losses.
