A second batch of buses leaves Al-Quneitra countryside towards the Syrian North and the buses boarding process continues to complete the entire batch in the next few hours

Al-Quneitra Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of the buses boarding process, and the buses that are completed, are allowed to leave, where they launch towards the Syrian North, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the departure of a second batch of buses through Um Batnah – Jabah Crossing, in the central countryside of Al-Quneitra towards the Syrian North, to catch up with the convoy which departed hours ago towards the Syrian North, while preparations are underway to launch the third batch towards the Syrian North, and it is expected to be launched in the next few hours, and the SOHR published hours ago, that several buses carrying fighters, their families and civilians who refused the agreement of al-Quneitra province have departed, and the rest of buses will proceed consecutively to move the those who refuse the agreement towards the Syrian north.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also monitored that in conjunction with the entry of buses into and out of Um Batnah and stopping to begin the boarding of civilians; SOHR monitored a bus run over at least 15 citizens of the people who were gathering for boarding the bus, which killed at least 4 of them and injured the rest with varying degrees of severity, while the driver was seriously wounded by a gunfire by fighters who were carrying their weapons, where they shot directly at the front of the bus, and the driver was hit by several gunshots and then he died, also, the Syrian Observatory published yesterday morning, that it monitored reaching an agreement under the Russian supervision about the fate of al-Quneitra province, which includes all the areas in the province except the areas that are under the control of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and in the details that the Syrian Observatory obtained: an agreement was reached which provides for the exit of all those who refuse the agreement of fighters, their families, and other civilians to the Syrian north, in addition to handing over heavy and medium-sized weapons on stages, the entry of the Russian military police into the towns and villages of Quneitra, and settling situations of those who are due to the conscription service and the return of displaced people to their towns and villages, while the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the process of registering names of people who refuse the agreement and wishing to leave towards the Syrian north had begun.
