More than 20000 civilians displace from Yarmouk Basin towards regime forces’-controlled areas in conjunction with the continuation of intense air raids on the area
Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Yarmouk Basin in the western countryside of Daraa is witnessing the continuation of intensive aerial and missile shelling on serval areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Russian warplanes targeting by more than 130 air raids the towns and villages that are under the control of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” Organization in Yarmouk Basin, since midnight of yesterday until now, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory monitored the displacement of at least 20000 civilians within the last 24 hours from areas controlled by Jaysh Khaled to regime forces’-controlled areas through the Hayt – Amuriyyah corridor, leaving about 10000 civilians in the area living unknown fate in the face of continued deterioration of humanitarian situation and the insane shelling over the area.
In the same context, it rose to 21 at least, the number of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who were killed during the last 24 hours as a result of the ambush and the clashes against members of Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid, in addition to detonating a booby-trapped vehicle in area in Yarmouk Basin west of Daraa, the Observatory published last night that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continued intensive bombardment on areas in Yarmouk Basin in the western sector of Daraa countryside, where the SOHR monitored more than 370 airstrikes by missiles and explosive barrels on areas in the towns of Tasil, Hayt, Saham Al-Golan, Jilin, Adwan, the Libyan Company, Tal Al-Jumou’ and other areas in Yarmouk Basin, along with hundreds of ground strikes by missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, and shelling by artillery and rocket shells which caused further destruction to the property of the citizens and to the infrastructure, raising to more then 1170, the number of raids which have targeted Yarmouk Basin in about 48 hours, since after the midnight of Thursday – Friday.
