A number of buses are got ready in the 1974 disengagement line amid anticipation for starting to launch the convoy in the next few hours

Al-Quneitra Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the process of getting the buses ready is underway in the area of disengagement, where the boarding process of the citizens and fighters of who refuse the agreement in Al-Quneitra, is continuing, where a number of buses have departed after being inspected by the regime forces at Um Batnah – Jabba crossing point, and under a supervision of the Russian Military Police, where the buses stopped in the area in waiting for the rest of buses to get out and catch up with them, while it is expected in the next few hours, that the rest of buses will be brought out, while the Syrian Observatory monitored the arrival of about 60 buses and ambulances at Um Batinah – Jabba crossing towards the 1974 disengagement area on the border with the occupied Syrian Golan, to transport the 3rd batch of displaced people from the countryside of Quneitra towards the Syrian north, where the buses are successively entering the crossing of Jabba – Um Batnah, after displacing 2 batches, where the first batch included about 2800 people and the second convoy included about 2600 people, and it is expected that the convoy will depart in the coming hours after finishing the boarding and inspection process, where the inspections and displacements are taking place in Russian presence and supervision.

And the Syrian observatory published few hours ago that the 2 convoys of Daraa and Quneitra have departed towards their destinations in the Syrian north, after being held for several hours by the al-Rida militia and other members of the gunmen loyal to the regime of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, who surrounded Daraa and Quneitra convoys which are carrying about 3400 people on board at outskirts of Homs city central Syria; while both convoys were heading towards the Syrian north according to the displacement agreement that took place in the area, and the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that the reasons for the detention were attempts by these militias to pressure parties of the agreement to uncover the fate of the remaining abductees of the town of Ishtabraq, in addition to revealing the fate of tens of missing persons in al-Rashedin bombing that took place in April 2017, which caused a massacre of demographic change in which about 130 people were killed –mostly from the displaced people of al-Fu’ah and Kafriya towns– including more than 80 children and women, and tens of others were injured with varying severity, and also tens of other went missing, after they were targeted by a booby-trapped vehicle in al-Rashedin area while they were waiting to move towards areas controlled by the regime forces in Aleppo.
