ISIS cells continue to assassinate their opponents in “Idlib State” and increase the assassination death toll in the province to 246 since the escalation of the security chaos

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the security chaos continues in Idlib Province as the unknown gunmen and cells of the “Islamic State” organization continue to carry out assassinations; by detonating explosive devices, kidnapping, killing or Shooting, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored in the past few hours an assassination of 4 fighters of a rebel faction on the road between Ariha and al-Mastouma, which increased the number of those who were killed in the assassinations, where Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham until now is unable to control the security chaos despite the raids it carried out in the countryside of Idlib by security groups of fighters and of the factions, and after they killed and executed tens of fighters and commanders of the cells responsible for the assassinations and others of the “Islamic State” organization.

And with more human casualties it rises to at least 246, the number of people who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 50 civilians including 8 children and 3 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 168 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 26 fighters of Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways since the 26th of April 2018, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published days ago that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham arresting a commander defected of the “Islamic State” organization, he is Jordanian nationality commander and he moved to the ranks of jihadist organizations within Syria about 5 years ago, where in recent weeks information about his disappearance was spread following his announcement of defection, because he accused the Organization of asking people to arbitrate the Sharia of ALLAH and not applying it to itself, and because of the corruption of judges and officials in the Organization, and the fact that they were not judging by the rules of ALLAH as a result of being under the control of the security services of the Organization, and the sources confirmed that the leader was arrested in al-Dana area in the northern countryside of Idlib near the Syrian – Iraqi border, also Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham continues to escalated its executions against the captives of the members of cells belong to “Idlib State” of the “Islamic State” organization, and the members of the cells that are responsible for the assassination, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham executed today, Monday the 16th of July 2018, 8 persons it said that they are members of the organization, where they were executed by gunfire in Sarmin area in the eastern sector of Idlib countryside, raising to 60 at least, the number of members of ISIS and these cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 28 who were executed through slaughter or direct gunfire after capturing them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and other factions are continuing to carry out security operations, through which they aim to arrest and detect “sleeper cells” responsible for the assassinations, which included the execution of 4 members of these cells, and they were beheaded in a response to the execution and murder of tens of commanders and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, civilians citizens, and fighters of various Syrian and non-Syrian factions, while these escalated murders coincided with massive assassinations which caused chaos and insecurity in Idlib province and in the areas adjacent to it from the north and central of Syria, which raised the citizens’ resentment because of the inability of the factions to control the security and prevent these assassinations from happening again.
