New settlements were reached in towns that are located within the Disengagement line in Al-Quneitra countryside on the border with the occupied Golan

Al-Quneitra Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continued negotiations between the regime and between the factions and representatives of Jubata al-Khashab town in the area of the Disengagement in the northern countryside of Al-Quneitra, in addition to reaching agreements with the areas of Al-Rawadi “Al-Alam roundabout” and Al-Quneitra city in which weapons were handed over to the regime forces, as well as reaching an agreement in the towns of Bariqa and Bir Ajam, in both central and southern sectors of Al-Quneitra countryside, in the area of the Disengagement line, where it is expected that representatives of the regime and members of its forces will enter the area of the Disengagement line in the next 24 hours.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that the regime forces managed to achieve advancement in the southern countryside of Al-Quneitra which is adjacent to Yarmouk Basin, and near the border with the occupied Syrian Golan, where the regime forces managed to take the control of Sayda Al-Golan village, as well as taking the control of farms near it, less than 24 hours after shooting down a Syrian warplane that was bombing the area of Sayda Al-Golan, where it was targeted by two missiles fired by the Israeli forces while it was turning in order to return to the airbase from which it took off, which resulted in killing a pilot captain in the regime forces, while the hit-and-run clashes are continuing between the both parties in an attempt by the regime force to end the presence of Jaysh Khaled Ibn Al-Waleed in the enclave which is located in the area of Yarmouk Basin west of Daraa province.

The Syrian Observatory also published two days ago, that al-Quneitra province witnesses continued calm, except for clashes in Saida al-Golan area, to which Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid (which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” Organization) had advanced, and is near to the Syrian border with the occupied Syrian Golan, in conjunction with the continuation of negotiations about an agreement in Jebbata al-Khashab located within the 1974 Disengagement area, where the consultations are taking place to reach an agreement through which the regime forces add Jebbata al-Khashab town to its controlled areas in the Syrian south, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of the regime forces to al-Rafid area, which is the first area to be entered by the regime forces within the 1974 Disengagement area.
