The displaced convoy departs to the Syrian north and the regime forces regain control of the entire Quneitra Province

Al-Quneitra Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory monitored the depart of buses from the countryside of Quneitra towards the Syrian north, after finishing the boarding of the entire people who rejected the agreement with regime’s authorities in the countryside of Quneitra, on board of buses that entered in the morning of the 31st of July 2018 to Ofanya area to transfer the remaining people within the area of the 1974 disengagement line, where 5 towns were still out of regime forces’ control, which are Jebbata al-Khashab, Ofanya, and Tranja in the northern countryside of Quneitra, which witnessed displacements operations as well, in addition to the towns of Bir Ajam and Briqa which agreed on “settling the situations” of the fighters remaining in them, after hand over the medium and heavy weapons to the regime forces, and “settling the situation” of those who are due to the conscription service and the defected of the regime forces over a certain period of time, and the regime forces will enter the area the government institutions will return to service, while all those who refuse the agreement of fighters, their families, and other civilians will be transferred to the Syrian north, while it is not known whether fighters or civilians will change their mind and got out towards the Syrian north.

And when the transfer process is completed; the regime forces will have recovered al-Quneitra Province completely by spreading across all the villages, towns, and cities of the province, and thus, the regime forces will regain full control of the 4th province in Syria, after Damascus province was recovered on the 22nd May 2018, Tartous Province, and Daraa Province.

It worth mentioning that the regime forces control all of Homs Province except for pockets of the Organization in Homs and al-Suwaidaa, and areas of International Coalition and the factions supported by it in the provinces of Homs and Rif Dimashq, the regime forces also control Hama Province except for several towns north and northwest of the province and Sahl al-Ghab, Latakia Province except for areas in Jabal al-Akrad and Jabal al-Turkman near the border with Iskenderun, areas of Aleppo Province including most of the city, tens of village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, parts of al-Raqqah Province west of Euphrates River, most of the part located in the west of Euphrates of Deir Ezzor Province except for pockets of the Organization, in addition to their control of villages in front of Deir Ezzor city from the east of Euphrates.
