In conjunction with the entry of more than 40 food trucks to the organization’s enclave…tens of Iraqi and Syrian families leaves to SDF-held areas

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continued displacement of citizens and families through the crossing which has been opened between ISIS controlled areas and the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition, where tens of families got in the past 3 days out of the enclave which is controlled by the “Islamic State” organization, at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, towards areas in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor and the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, which are controlled by the International Coalition and the SDF, where the SOHR monitored the displacement of Iraqi families that have been transported to camps within the SDF-held areas, while Syrian families moved to villages in Deir Ezzor countryside, and this displacement is coincided with the rise of the number of trucks which have entered the controlled areas of the organization to more than 40 trucks carrying foodstuffs, in many batches, coming from the SDF-held areas, despite the preparations that are underway for carrying out a military operation against the organization in Hajin area and the entire enclave left under its control, also a number of wounded have got out to receive treatment as a result of injuries they were subjected to previously in ISIS controlled areas within this besieged enclave, and intersected sources confirmed that French forces were seen in the vicinity of the enclave which is controlled by the organization near Al-Shafa area in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has received information two days ago, about opening a river crossing between the Syria Democratic Forces’-controlled areas east of Euphrates river; and between regime forces’-controlled areas west of Euphrates river at the area of al-Hawayej and al-Mayadin city, and this is the first time a river crossing has been opened between the areas controlled by both parties, after the infiltration by ISIS from its areas of presence on the east bank of Euphrates river towards areas controlled by the regime forces, and launching a large-scale military operations, most notably the attack where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 5th of July 2018 that  the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, managed to restore most of positions which they had lost for members the “Islamic State” organization during its violent attack which targeted a front of about 100 km along the west banks of Euphrates River, from the west of Al-Bokamal to the east of Al-Mayadin, where the regime forces managed to attack again which forced the organization to leave its positions and withdraw to the Desert, in order to prevent the fall of large number of human losses in its ranks, and to be able to re-attack in the next days, where the organization aims through these repeated attacks, to confuse the regime, and to strain it and to inflict the largest possible number of casualties in the ranks of the regime and its allies of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fact that the Russian warplanes have not been intensively involved in supporting the regime forces and pushing the attack of the organization on the area, and the attacks which have completed 48 hours, resulted in the fall of a large number of casualties in the ranks of the both parties.
