For the 5th consecutive day and with a French presence, the last enclave of ISIS in the east of Euphrates witnessed displacement of tens of Iraqi and Syrian families and the entry of food trucks
Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of entering of the food and the exit of inhabitants of the last ISIS-enclave in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: this exit and entry operation continues for the 5th consecutive day, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the entry of more than 50 trucks carrying food aid into the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled enclave through al-Shafa crossing, where members of the organization receive the shipments and then it sell them to its members, and then they sell the rest of it to the civilians in this enclave, who are more than 3000 people, mostly Iraqi nationalities and family members of the organization.
In contrast, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the exit of tens of families from the areas of al-Sousah, Hajin, al-Sha’afah, and al-Baghuz in the final enclave of the “Islamic State” organization east of Euphrates River through al-Sha’fa crossing, towards areas controlled by the Coalition-supported Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian families are being searched and moved to the countryside of Deir Ezzor, while the non-Syrian families -the majority of whom are Iraqis- are being transported to camps controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces in al-Hasaka Province, while the Syrian Observatory’s intersected sources confirmed that the French Forces were seen present at the crossing between the last enclave of ISIS east of Euphrates and the Syria Democratic Forces’-controlled areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
the process of entering the food and the exit of families from the enclave of the organization; came after the Syria Democratic Forces managed to control the largest enclave of ISIS in Syria on Sunday, the 5th of August 2018, in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, they also came after the stop of the attack on this enclave, while the International Coalition warplanes dropped previously two batches of leaflets, the first of which included a call for civilians to move away from the gatherings of ISIS, and the second batch of leaflets the Coalition demanded that civilians get out of the enclave because of the attack on ISIS is approaching its final enclave on eastern bank of Euphrates.
