Including about 180 ISIS members, more than 2000 persons mostly of ISIS members’ families got out through trucks of the Coalition from al-Baghuz farms east of Euphrates

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the details of the transport operation by trucks of the International Coalition, for the “Islamic State” organization’s  families and members, as well as other civilians from al-Baghuz farms east of Euphrates, where the Syrian Observatory’s sources said that about 26 trailers loaded with more than 2000 people, have gotten out of farms between al-Baghuz area and the east bank of Euphrates River, and among them there are at least 150 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, while the most of the rest of them are of the Organization’s families including Syrians, Iraqis, Central Asians and European nationalities, and the Syrian Observatory learned that many of the Organization’s families of foreign nationalities who got out today said that “they do not regret joining the ranks of the Islamic State Organization and that they will transfer the culture of the Organization to the countries from which they came,” the sources added to the Syrian Observatory that several members of the “Islamic State” Organization and their families are still in tunnels in al-Baghuz farms and they did not get out, and they are more than 200 persons, where it is expected for them to exit tomorrow, Thursday, as happened yesterday night and several members of the Organization were transferred according to the same reliable sources, also warplanes of the International Coalition targeted the farms area yesterday by about 25 airstrikes, without knowing the reasons for these strikes until the moment, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that more than 50 trucks of the International Coalition began to leave area of the farms between al-Baghuz and the east bank of Euphrates, after it entered yesterday in order to complete the undeclared deal with the “Islamic State” Organization, where members from the “Islamic State” Organization, their families, and other civilians was transferred within these tightly covered trucks, but it is not known if there are still ISIS members within the area of those who rejected the deal, it is also not known whether a number of members of the Organization were transferred in the darkness of last night, after media delegations returned to al-Omar field, and the Syrian Observatory published last night that

the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the trucks which entered Al-Baghuz’s orchards where families of the “Islamic State” organization, other citizens and ISIS members, are still present, and reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory that the International Coalition warplanes flew over the area in conjunction with carrying out airstrikes on the area, along with the sound of heavy gunfire there, where the airstrikes are actually surprising as they coincided with the entry of trucks to the area, and it is not known whether they were fabricated in order to secretly transport members of the organization under the night’s darkness, amid fears of such probability to happen, especially after sending the media away where they returned to Al-Omar Oilfield, or they targeted members of those who refused to get out and surrender according to the undeclared deal, and the sources added to the Syrian Observatory that only 4 families managed to get out of the area of these orchards, while no other citizens or ISIS members were observed leaving the area, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that tens of International Coalition trucks entered the orchards between al-Baghuz area and the east bank of Euphrates River east of Deir Ezzor, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: between 50 to 60 trucks tightly covered entered the orchards area to transport either the remaining members of the “Islamic State” Organization who are there or families of ISIS members and the civilians who are there, according to a deal undeclared until the moment, and in the same context; the Syrian Observatory learned that it is expected for the end of ISIS as a dominant force in its former enclave in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside to be officially announced on Wednesday, by the International Coalition and the American “director”, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that negotiations are taking place between the Syria Democratic Forces and the remainder of the “Islamic State” Organization, who requested a safe passage to an unknown area believed to be towards the Iraqi Desert, however, the request was rejected by SDF leadership, where the negotiation process continues to force the remainder members of the Organization to surrender, and sources of the Syrian Observatory reported that if no agreement was reached, the Syria Democratic Forces would carry out a military operation against them within the few hours or next days, and the Syrian Observatory published on Monday evening that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continued negotiations between the “Islamic State” organization and the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory that no agreements or results have been reached so far, in the same time, the SDF are continuing sweeping operations within the tunnels, positions and former headquarters of the organization in its former enclave in the east of the Euphrates, and the SOHR published today, Monday, that amid anticipation for the official announcement of the end the “Islamic State” Organization’s control in east of Euphrates by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic forces; the Syria Observatory for Human Rights monitored from several reliable sources that the Syria Democratic Forces continue sweeping operations in areas from which the “Islamic State” Organization has recently withdrawn, in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and reliable sources confirmed that the continuous sweeping operation and the insistence of the forces in the area on sweeping all the areas, tunnels, sites, and former headquarters have prompted the postponement of the official declaration of full control of the east of Euphrates and the end of ISIS as a dominant force in the area, while the sweeping coincides with continues negotiations between the Syria Democratic Forces and the “Islamic State” Organization, where sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the remainder members of the Organization requested a safe passage to unknown area believed to be the Iraqi Desert, but the request was rejected by the SDF leadership, while the Syria Democratic Forces agreed to introduce food aid to more than 300 members of the Organization with the civilians and their families who remain in a farm camp between al-Baghuz and the east bank of Euphrates River and in tunnels in the area, in exchange for releasing hostages and captives from the Syria Democratic Forces by the by the Organization.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of tens of trucks of the International Coalition to the Syrian territory today evening, Sunday the 17th of February 2019, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; about 100 trucks with Iraqi number plates, entered the Syrian territory at 22:00, and the trucks are: 40 empty trucks that were not carrying anything aboard, 40 others were closed and it is not known what they contained inside, 10 trucks carrying vehicles and 10 other tankers, and the column of the International Coalition which is composed of the 100 trucks was monitored at Amuda – Al-Qamishli Road in Al-Hasakah countryside, while the SOHR published yesterday, that the official announcement about the elimination of the “Islamic State” organization, in the whole area of east Euphrates, as a controlling power present in connected areas or separated ones, is still waiting for completing the process of the SDF’s sweeping in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, through which they (the SDF) aim to end the presence of any of ISIS hiding members, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the Syria Democratic Forces with the International Coalition, are aiming to arrest and transport more than 300 members and commanders of the organization of western nationalities, of those who are present in a camp in farms near the eastern banks of the Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, to their detention centers and their controlled areas to complete the sweeping process, where the foreign members and commanders of the organization refuse to surrender to the Coalition and the SDF, after the SDF have brought out 10 of their captives of those captured earlier by the organization in return for a deal whose features are unclear so for, while the SDF and the Coalition are clamping down on the remaining 300 members of the organization to force them to surrender.

The Syrian Observatory published today morning, the 17th of February 2019, that there are doubts about the fact that members of the organization are still hiding inside the tunnels in the area or in other positions at the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, and the SDF and the coalition are trying to make sure that the area is completely free of any hiding members or cells of the organization, also reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory in the past 24 hours, that the International Coalition transferring boxes from the areas which used to be controlled by the Organization and withdrew from them to an unknown destination, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the International Coalition relocated several boxes from warehouses of the “Islamic State” Organization in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, and reliable sources suggested to the Syrian Observatory that the boxes may contain the gold and money which were in possession of the Organization during its collapse and end east of Euphrates, and the sources confirmed that if the boxes were ammunition boxes, then, they will be handed over to the Syria Democratic Forces, but the Coalition carried the boxes on board helicopters and transported them to an unknown destination, after reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the fate of tons of gold and the money which were in the possession of the Organization at its last enclave is still unknown, where in the area where the Organization holed up with its leaders and members, there were about 40 tons of gold in addition to tens of millions of dollars remain in the possession of the Organization, and the Syrian Observatory learned that gold in the area was collected from all the areas that used to be controlled by ISIS, also, a part of these huge amounts of gold were transported from Turkey to the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas through Turkish mediators and leaders in the Organization, who have close ties with the Turkish authorities and their intelligence, where the Coalition forces are trying to force the Organization to surrender in order to get the gold and the huge amounts of money in its possession.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Syria Democratic Forces continuing the sweeping operations, within the farms located in the vicinity of al-Baghuz area in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, searching for hiding ISIS members within tunnels established by the Organization during its control of the area, after the Organization was completely finished in the east bank of Euphrates River, and its presence now is limited to hidden members in the above-mentioned tunnels, and the Syrian Observatory published that the termination of the organization comes after the surrender of 200 ISIS members in accordance with a deal which is undeclared so far, and which led to the surrender of about 440 members of the organization in 2 batches (a first batch of 240 members and a second one of 200 others), while preparations are underway for the American Director’s announcement that the Islamic State organization is completely defeated at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River according to the deal, while the sweeping comes in search for ISIS members of those who rejected the deal, hiding inside the tunnels, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that at 18:00 pm on the 15th of February 2019, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the entry of seven closed trucks, headed by an American Hummer vehicle and a car loaded with heavy machinegun, and at the end of the column there were 2 similar car and vehicle as well accompanied by 3 ambulances, and reliable sources confirmed that the rear box of the trucks were made of metal; unlike previous trucks which were wrapped with fabrics and cloth, also trusted sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the trucks certainly entered to transfer the remaining members of the “Islamic State” Organization, leaders, and their families who remain in the farms on the east bank of Euphrates River, but is not yet known whether they surrendered or if they will be transported to unknown place according to a deal between the organization and the Coalition, and is likely that the Trucks return with at least 200 members of the “Islamic State” Organization of different nationalities.

The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that 2 helicopters of the International Coalition headed at 10:00 on Thursday, the 14th of February 2019, and the Syrian Observatory monitored their return at 15:00 from the afternoon of today, Thursday, and one of them was an Apache helicopter which can move people, the sources suggested that several leading figures of the Organization who surrender may have been moved to the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, after the surrender of more than 240 members of the “Islamic State” Organization to the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, the majority of whom are of forging nationalities.

And this is the largest evacuation of ISIS members according to a deal or through surrender, and reliable sources confirmed that the trucks aboard which the fleeing citizens and evacuees get out, are usually accompanied by one vehicle heads the column, but this is the first time for a column to be seen under protection of US Hummer vehicles and gun-mounted 4×4 vehicles which machineguns installed on them, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that in anticipation of the official announcement of the process of ending the “Islamic State” Organization east of Euphrates by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, the last engineering and military groups are still sweeping the area that used to be under the control of the “Islamic State” Organization, in which the Organization was ended and withdrew to farms near the east bank of Euphrates River, where it is located in this area hiding in it, amid attempts to force the remaining ISIS members to surrender along with families of its members and civilians with it, and the Syrian Observatory documented during the military operation 682, the number of fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces who have been killed since the 10th of November 2018, also it rose to 1340, the number of fighters and leaders of the “Islamic State” Organization who were killed in the shelling, clashes, bombings, and raids, also it rose to 417 people including 151 children and 86 citizen women (including 233 Syrian citizens including 99 children and 57 women of Syrian nationality) the number of civilians killed since the 10th of December 2018, also the “Islamic State” Organization had executed more than 716 detainees, of who were arrested on various charges including security members and members of the Organization who tried to break away of it and escape its controlled areas, and the executions were carried out inside headquarters and detention centers of the Organization, and within its controlled areas which are today confined to the towns of Sha’afah, al-Susah, al-Baghuz and villages of Abu Hasan, Bo Badran, al-Marashdah, al-Shajla, al-Kashmeh, al-Safiya and al-Bukhatir suburb east of Hajin, which extends along the east bank of Euphrates, along with its last enclave in the deserts of Homs and Deir Ezzor.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published also that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that on Thursday evening, at least 26 bodies were found belong to members of the “Islamic State” Organization in Baghuz area and its surroundings, in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, at a time when the Syria Democratic Forces continue sweeping the area and dismantling the heavily-planted mines and IEDs by ISIS previously, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory learned from reliable sources that several families of the “Islamic State” Organization tried to cross the east bank of river Euphrates at night, however, their attempt was unsuccessful, while the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition continue to try to force the remaining members of the Organization who are hiding in farms near the southeast bank within a camp with their families; to force them to surrender and move them as happened previously, and the Syrian Observatory published on the evening of yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the Syria Democratic Forces sweeping the mines which were heavily-planted by the “Islamic State” Organization in the enclave where it used to exist force ending it as a dominant force completely, and retreating to farms near the east bank, where its members are still present in the area amid a quest to force the remaining members and leaders of the Organization to surrender, and transfer them with the remaining civilians and their families, after transferring hundreds of those who surrendered and were present in the last enclave of the Organization of members, their families, and civilians.

Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented that it rose to 40140, the number of persons whose exit has been documented by the Syrian Observatory since the 1st of December 2018 until today, the 10th of February 2019, of different nationalities of Syria, Iraq Russia, Somalia, Philippine and other Asian nationalities, and more than 38140 of them have gotten out after the decision of the American president Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19th of December 2018, including about 4000 members of the organization of those who infiltrated within the displaced people, and they were arrested after the residents recognized them and reported the security services about their infiltration, and the other group surrendered themselves after they managed to get out of ISIS last enclave.
