Including 5000 ISIS members…about 50,000 persons of citizens and the families of the “Islamic State” organization have got out of areas at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River to the controlled areas of the SDF in less than 3 months

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a new batch has got out of the farms of the east Euphrates towards the SDF-controlled areas, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; about 45 trucks carrying about 2200 persons of the families of the “Islamic State” organization and other citizens, including 120 members at least of the organization, have got out of the farms where the remaining ISIS members are still present, in the area between Al-Baghuz and the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, while reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that other trucks have entered the area of the farms to bring out other batches of citizens and families of ISIS members in the next hours, and with the continued operations of bringing out citizens, ISIS members and their families, it rose to 3600 including at least 202 ISIS members, the number of evacuees who got out in the past 48 hours, raising, in turn, to 49650, the number of evacuees documented by the SOHR since the 1st of December 2018, of different nationalities like Syrian, Iraqi, Russian, Somali, Filipino, and other Asian and western nationalities since the beginning of December 2018, among them there are more than 47650 people have gotten out the Organization’s enclave since the decision of the US President Trump to withdraw from Syria on the 19thof December 2018, including about 5002 members of the “Islamic State” Organization, and the majority of them are of Iraqi nationality, who have been arrested among the displaced people, after the residents were able to identify them and inform the security forces about their infiltration, while another part of them handed themselves over after they managed to get out of the last enclave of the Organization, also the Syrian Observatory learned that during the past days and weeks about 300 ISIS members managed to infiltrate through the Euphrates River to the largest and last remaining enclave of the Organization in the Syrian Desert within the areas that are controlled by the regime forces, Russians, and the Iranians in north of Palmyra.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained hours ago, information from several reliable sources that tens of families of members of the “Islamic State” Organization were able to get out of the Organization’s enclave on the east bank of Euphrates River, where reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that more than 85 families were able to reach the Turkish territory after a trip by smugglers, who received huge amounts of money to bring these families to the Turkish side of the border, through the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas and areas controlled by “Euphrates Shield” operation forces, and the reliable sources also confirmed to the Observatory that until the 22nd of February, more than 85 families have reached the Turkish side of who paid large amounts of money, ranging from $10000 USD per person to $50000 USD, where an Uzbek family of an Organization fighter, his wife, and 4 of their children has paid the largest amount of 50000 USD to get from the ISIS enclave in east of Euphrates towards the Turkish side.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the preparations are still underway to secure and get more civilians out, of who remain within the rest of families of members of the “Islamic State” Organization and its members in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, within the farms that are located in the area between al-Baghuz and the east bank of Euphrates River, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that these preparations coincide with other preparations to start a military operation against ISIS members of different nationalities who refuse to surrender and remain at the east bank of Euphrates, while reliable sources confirmed that a new batch is expected to be released on the morning of Monday, the 24th of February 2019, and the Syrian Observatory published in the last 24 hours that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that preparations are taking place to transport more than 3000 remaining civilians and families of members of the “Islamic State” Organization as well as its members, who are still in farms located between al-Baghuz area and the east banks of Euphrates River in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, where it is expected in the coming hours for a new batch of people to be transported to al-Hool camp in the southeastern countryside of Al-Hasakah, sorting the Organization’s members, and transferring them to camps and detention centers of the Syria Democratic forces.
