After the death of about 60 people in the military operations yesterday, the regime forces and helicopters begin the 15th day of the heaviest escalation with intensive targeting of more than 20 areas

The heaviest escalation ever within the “de-escalation” area has entered its 15th consecutive day with more intense and violent ground shelling in addition to aerial bombardment, where the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting by the regime forces using artillery and rocket shells after midnight of yesterday for places in al-Hbit south of Idlib, Kafr Zita, al-Lataminah, al-Zakat, al-Arba’in, and Hasraya in the northern countryside of Hama, al-Hwaiz and al-Hawijah in Sahl al-Ghab northwest Hama, in addition to Zammar and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo countryside, and other places in Kabana area in Jabal al-Akrad at the northern countryside of Latakia, while the factions targeted after midnight using several short-range missiles places in the al-Jabin and Tal al-Hamamiyyat, which are controlled by the regime forces north of Hama, while areas in Bab al-Taqa, Sheikh Idris, al-Karakat and the vicinity Kafr Nabudah are witnessing exchange of shelling and targeting between the factions and the regime forces in a renewed way since after midnight until now.

In the same context, the helicopter dropped on this morning barrel bombs on areas in al-Hbit town and its surroundings in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Baraboo village in Jabal Shashabo, while regime’s warplanes carried out several raids on the same areas this morning, regime’s warplanes also carried out raids after midnight of yesterday on areas in the northern outskirts of Khan Shaykhun, al-Hbit and its outskirts, and the outskirts of Kafrsajna, they also targeted using heavy machine guns areas in Kafr Zita town within the northern sector of Hama countryside.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 365, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, and they are: 122 civilians including 22 children and 30 citizen women, and they are 33 including 7 female children and 9 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 23 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 34 including 7 women, 5 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 25 people including 5 women and a child were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 8 citizens including 6 children and a woman were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 132 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 110 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 24th day, to 518 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 13th of May 2019, they are 173 civilians including 35 children and 40 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 12 civilians casualties including 6 children and a citizen woman were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 150 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 176 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019 and the 13th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 894 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 411 civilians including 105 children under the age of eighteen and 98 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 36 people including 12 children under the age of eighteen and 6 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 218 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 143 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 265 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1124 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 492 civilians including 137 children and 110 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 39 people including 12 children and 6 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 285 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 158 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 347 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
