One month after the clan meeting in Ain Issa, more than 900 people -mostly women and children- get out of al-Hol camp in the first batch to leave the statelet

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that hundreds of displaced people of al-Hol camp have gotten out of the camp today, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: more than 900 people -mostly women and children of Deir Ezzor, al-Raqqah, and al-Tabaqa- have gotten out of al-Hol camp towards their areas east of Euphrates, and those who have gotten out of the camp towards the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas will have to secure a guarantor for this who are not of the area, for example, those who are from Deir Ezzor province will not be able to go to Manbij without having a guarantor there, while it is expected in the coming days for other batches to get out towards other Syrian areas, and reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that this exit of people came after the meeting in Ain Issa which took place early May, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 3rd of May 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the “Syria Democratic council” organized the “Forum of Syrian Clans” in Ayn Issa town in the northwestern countryside of al-Raqqah, where leaders and representatives of the Syria Democratic Forces meet with hundreds of representatives of tens of Syrian clans, in addition to the civil and popular events today, Friday the 3rd of May 2019, as part of the joint coordination between both parties to prevent the risks and renounce the sedition that the regional bodies are seeking to spread there through groups affiliated to them, in order to drag the area into chaos, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 27th of May 2019 that tragedy and human suffering continue in the far southeast of al-Hasakah camp, preparing full conditions for death to continue to harvest children’s lives in the camp, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the death of 13 children under the age of eighteen in the “children’s death” camp, as a result of poor health and living conditions, the lack of medicines and food, and the acute shortage of medical care, due to the inaction of international organizations, 308 the number of children who have died since the start of January 2019 until the night of the 26th of April, in a continuation for the death chain in the camp, which is suffering difficult humanitarian conditions after being transformed into a small state with mostly children and women members of the “Islamic” Organization, and reliable sources from inside the camp confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the people in the camp are suffering mainly from the lack of medical supplies and health care, in addition to the decrease of food and lack of movements by the international organizations, and the absence of some others about what is happening in al-Hool camp, in which the daily problems are starting to worsen.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 13th of May 2019 that death continues in the atmosphere of al-Hol camp in the far southeast of al-Hasaka province, under the disastrous and tragic conditions that attract death to claim the lives of more children within al-Hol Statelet, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the death of 24 children under the age of eighteen in the “children death” camp.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 15th of April 2019 that death continues to reap lives of children in al-Hol Camp at the far southeast of al-Hasaka province, within the continuous tragic conditions in it, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 12 new children as a result of poor health and living conditions, lack of medicines and food, and the acute lack of medical care due to the inaction of international organizations, and in the same context; inhabitants of al-Hol Statelet are still living in catastrophic humanitarian conditions, which includes at least 73361 people, they are 8726 Iraqi families who are 30688 people of Iraqi nationality there, and 9225 Syrian families who are 31472 Syrian nationality persons, while the rest (11201 people) are of European, Asian, African, and other nationalities within 3364 families.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the humanitarian situation in al-Hool camp in the northeast of al-Hasaka continues to decline, where the great number of people who were displaced in recent months to the camp prevented the local and international relief and medical agencies from continuously providing all the requirements of tens of thousands of people living in al-Hool camp which has been transformed into a statelet due to the massive wave of displacement, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored than presence of more than 73000 persons of civilians and families of members of the “Islamic State” Organization and its leaders, including more than 12200 Iraqi families of about 32200 children, women, and some males, as well as thousands of families of different nationalities of western, European, Asian, north African, and other nationalities and the rest of them are of Syrian nationality, while the SOHR published 4 days ago, that the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the humanitarian situation is significantly decreased, as a result of the increased needs and lack of adequate support, where despite the improvement in distribution of aid; they are still too little which prevents conditions from being improved in this camp, which is one of the largest camps for displaced people in Syria, also the lack of assistance and theft of aid and diverting them by some members of Divisions to the people who paid them bribes, making these materials inaccessible to all which reflected negatively on the health status of many of the citizens, especially children who have gotten out mostly with diseases and poor health conditions, and that coincides with sharp decrease in medicines, food, and children’s supplies of diapers, milk, and medicines for them.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the death of at least 27 children during the last week, due to poor health and living conditions, lack of medicines, and food, and acute shortage of medical care, due to the inaction of international Organizations that have had enough with data and media statements for weeks, without being up to size of the tragedy and the catastrophe in the camp, which has become one of the largest camps in the east Euphrates area and the Syrian territory, raising to 186, the number of children who have died since the end of December 2018 until the 27th of March, in a continuation for the death chain in the camp, which is suffering difficult humanitarian conditions after being transformed into a small state with mostly children and women members of the “Islamic” Organization, and reliable sources from inside the camp confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the people in the camp are suffering mainly from the lack of medical supplies and health care, in addition to the decrease of food and lack of movements by the international organizations, and the absence of some others about what is happening in al-Hool camp, in which the daily problems are starting to worsen.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the past 24 hours that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that clashes took place between the internal security forces “Asayish” of the guards of al-Hool camp against smugglers, in the vicinity of the camp in the southeastern countryside of Hasaka, after the increase of number of its residents to more than 70000 of civilians and families of members of the “Islamic State” Organization of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the clash took place against the backdrop of attempts by smugglers to get families of ISIS members out of the camp, and transferring them to a new destination, while the Syrian Observatory published on the 21st of March 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the fight which took place in Al-Hool camp in the south-eastern sector of Al-Hasakah countryside, resulted in the injury of several persons as a result of the fighting by hands and white weapon and while defusing the engagement by the Internal Security Forces ((Asayish)), and the SOHR learned that a number of injuries are of the women of the “Islamic State” organization, of those who got out in the recent weeks and months to the controlled areas of the Syria Democratic Forces, and the SOHR published hours ago, that it monitored a new case of chaos in the camp, through a fight that took place between 2 displaced people in al-Hool camp between displaced Syrians and Iraqi refugees, which called the internal security Asayish forces to intervene and defuse the fight, amid continuation of the tension that began after a displaced Syrian beat an Iraqi woman in the camp, while the Syrian Observatory just published that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information from several reliable sources, about the death of more children in al-Hool camp, which turned to a statelet of al-Hool due to the large numbers of displaced people, which reached about 70000 displaced people mostly came from the “Islamic State” organization’s-controlled areas, tunnels, and trenches on the east bank of Euphrates River, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: at least 42 children died during the last week, due to poor health and living conditions, lack of medicines and food, and acute shortage of medical care, due to the inaction of international organizations which -for weeks- have had enough by data and media statements, without doing something up to the scale of tragedy and catastrophe in the camp, which has become one of the largest camps in the east of Euphrates area and in the Syrian territory.

Reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that most of the children who died were at most 12 years of age, some were newborn and others were infants, and the citizens said that the reasons were the diseases the children had when they were in areas of presence of the organization east of Euphrates, as well as the lack of medical and health care for the people who arriving in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas and al-Hool camp, and at least 69 of the deceased died since the 25th of February 2019, the date of increase of casualties more, while reliable sources confirmed that insults and threats were observed by members of the organization saying to the camp’s protection members: “we want our husbands from your jails, we are not afraid of you, you must be afraid of us, we want to get out of the camp.” they also attacked a medical point in the camp and smashed its windows demanding the release of their men and relatives detained at prisons of SDF, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a storm uprooting and sabotaging more than 100 tents in al-Hool camp area in the southeastern countryside of al-Hasakah, near the Syrian-Iraqi border, which displaced the people who were living in those tents and kept them out in the open, where they joined again hundreds of other families who are living without tents, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received confirmed information about the infiltration of new families into the Turkish territory or to areas controlled by “Euphrates Shield” Operation forces in the northeastern sector of Aleppo countryside, through paying money for smugglers which is about $650 USD per person.

In addition to the increase of numbers of people who arrived to the camp from areas on the east bank of Euphrates River, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the United Nations teams continue to refraining from distributing sufficient numbers of foodstuffs, medical supplies, and the daily life and camp necessities, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the committees working in the camp -which supervise the distribution- taking bribes in exchange for distributing equipment, tents, and aid which exist and stacked in the warehouses of UNHCR and the United Nations, while last mentioned request to secure the road for the delivery of aid, also the reliable sources confirmed that one of the distribution administrators -who is a staff member of UNHCR and the United Nations- insults the displaced people and considered them as members of the “Islamic State” Organization, not to mention the major theft of relief allocations from United Nations warehouses in the capital Damascus towards the east Euphrates area.
