After killing about 320 civilians through 8,000 airstrikes, Regime warplanes stop shelling on “Putin-Erdogan” area

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continuous breaches in the Russian – Turkish truce announced by Russia at midnight of yesterday, where the regime forces launched more than 50 artillery shells and missiles since midnight of yesterday until the moment, targeting areas in Kafr Zita town north of Hama, and the villages of Hawijah and al-Hwash in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and the villages of Abdeen and al-Naqir south of Idlib, in addition to areas in Jabal al-Turkman in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, also shells launched by the regime forces and fell on the Turkish point in Shir  Magar area in the western countryside of Hama, which caused fire in the area, but no information about casualties until now, while Turkey did not keep its promises to the Russians About reopening the international highway of Damascus – Aleppo, Aleppo-Latakia and keeping the Jihadis away of it, despite its ability to fulfill these promises.

While the Syrian Observatory monitored the stop of aerial bombardment by the Russian warplanes and the regime since after midnight until now, this stop comes after a similar stop lasted for about 20 hours on Wednesday, followed by tens of airstrikes, also regime’s warplanes and helicopters and warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” target “Putin – Erdogan” area with about 8000 raids and barrel bombs since the 30th of April 2019 until midnight of yesterday, during which they killed about 320 civilians including 77 children and 71 citizen women, in addition to forcing more than 300000 civilians to flee their areas.

In the same context, the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of 9 members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in clashes against the factions and the Jihadis in the northwestern countryside of Hama and the northeastern countryside of Latakia, and the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of 12 of the Jihadis as a result of Russian airstrikes on the “de-escalation” area during the previous days

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1534, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 13th of June 2019, and they are: 399 civilians including 96 children and 84 citizen women, and they are 52 including 16 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 41 including 9 women and 5 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 223 including 46 women, 56 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 59 people including 9 women and 9 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 23 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 609 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 507 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 13th of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2044 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 687 civilians including 180 children under the age of eighteen and 148 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 51 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 695 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 453 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 662 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 2273 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 767 civilians including 210 children and 160 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 53 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 762 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 468 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 744 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
