At the end of the 62nd day of the heaviest escalation campaign…more than 550 air and ground strikes carried out today by the regime’s and Russian warplanes on the “de-escalation” zone

At the end of the 62nd day of the heaviest escalation campaign on the “Putin – Erdogan” area, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented 64 raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since Sunday morning, which targeted areas in Taftanaz, Kafrsajna, al-Rakaya, Sarja, Mdaya, Khan Shaykhun, outskirts of Ariha, the vicinity of Kafr Mazdeh, Hish, Arinbeh, Qasabiyeh, Maar Zita, Horsh Abdeen and Hazarin in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, and al-Arba’in and al-Sayyad in the northern countryside of Hama, and al-Bawabiyyah in the southern countryside of Aleppo, the SOHR also documented 25 raids carried out by Russian warplanes targeting areas in the vicinity of Arinbeh, Al-Hbit, Khan Shaykhun and the vicinity of Al-Ameriyeh in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and Al-Jabin, Tal Melh, Jibb Suleiman, Al-Zakah, Al-Sayyad and Kafr Zita in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, also it rose to 470, the number of shells and missiles fired by the regime forces since today’s dawn on both northern and north-western countryside of Hama, as well as the Syrian coastline and both southern and western countryside of Aleppo, and the SOHR has documented the death of 2 child brothers in bombardment by Russian warplanes on al-Aamriyyeh village in southern countryside of Idlib, which also injured 6 people, while a fighter of the factions was killed in shooting by a sniper of the regime forces in al-Karakat area in Hama countryside.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2079, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 30th of June 2019, and they are: 534 civilians including 134 children and 105 citizen women, and they are 58 including 18 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 43 including 9 women and 5 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 325 including 86 children, 60 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 71 people including 11 women and 9 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 37 citizens including 16 children and 8 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 838 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 540 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 707 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 30th of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2608 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 821 civilians including 220 children under the age of eighteen and 169 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 65 people including 22 children under the age of eighteen and 14 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 924 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 585 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 863 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 2837 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 902 civilians including 248 children and 183 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 67 people including 22 children and 12 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 991 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 599 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 944 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
