(Video) SDF announces the formation of al-Hasakah Military Council at the request of the International Coalition
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that on Wednesday, the 3rd of June 2019, al-Hasakah Military Council was formed under the banner of the Syria Democratic Forces, as part of forming of new military councils within the main areas, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 30th of May 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that it is expected today, Thursday the 30th of May 2019, for new military councils to be formed in main areas under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces in the east Euphrates area, similar to Manbij Military Council and Deir Ezzor Military Council, the sources added to the Syrian Observatory that the military councils will be formed in al-Raqqah, al-Tabaqa, Tal Abyad, and Ayn al-Arab (Kobani), where the process of forming these councils comes at the request of the International Coalition.
