The spoiled Tiger of Russia -Suhail al-Hasan- fails in Idlib battle completely and causes the loss of more than 750 members of the regime forces in 70 days

The relative cautious calm has been prevailing the contact areas at the northwestern countryside of Hama for several days, interspersed exchange of targeting with heavy weapons and aerial bombardment by the Syrian regime and its Russian partner, where the rebel and Islamic factions and the jihadi groups are still closing the strategic highway of Muhradah – al-Suqaylabiyah since the 6th of June 2019, the date of tightening their grip on the villages of Tal Meleh and al-Jabin in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and the regime forces were unable to regain control of both villages during this period despite tens of failed attempts all with unlimited Russian support, as well as hundreds of raids and barrel bombs by the regime’s air force of Bashar al-Assad, as well as the thousands of shells and missiles, proving their complete failure in leading the military operations headed by “the spoiled Tiger of Russia” the Brigadier General Suhail al-Hasan, where the Syrian regime lost under his command more than 300 members of its forces in the battle of the 3 villages at the northwestern countryside of Hama in a short time.

In the same context, the heaviest military operation of the Russians and the regime within “Putin – Erdogan” area has entered its 70th day since its start on the 30th of April 2019, this operation which is considered a failure by all means, despite Russia’s unlimited support for the regime forces and the militias loyal to them led by Suhail al-Hasan aka the “tiger,” in addition to the carrying about 49 thousand air and land strike by the regime forces, warplanes, helicopters, and its Russian partner’s warplanes, (10836 raids and barrel bombs and 37970 missile and artillery shells), but they could not (i.e. the regime forces) advance except in 20 areas within the countryside of Hama and Idlib, and they are: they are al-Qassabiyyeh, Humayrat, al-Hardana, al-Qaroutiyyah, Qiratah, Qal’aat al-Madiq, al-Karakat, Twinah, Kafr Nabudah, al-Bana, Tal Osman, al-Mestriha, al-Sharia, Bab al-Taqa, al-Jabriya, Tal Hawash, al-Tawba, Sheikh Idris, al-Muhajreen, al-Hamraa, and Hwaiz.

However, the operation of the Russians and the regime has been successful in other aspects: displacing about 500000 Syrian civilians from their homes and areas against the backdrop of the barbaric shelling by the Russians and the regime, where large part of them are staying out in the open in nearby agricultural lands, others displaced to their relatives in Idlib and the northern and northwestern countryside of Aleppo, and another section resorted to the border camps with Iskenderun, also the Russians and the regime have been able to destroy 17 hospitals and health centers since the start of the most violent escalation, mostly by Russian strikes, and they are: Kiwan hospital in Kafr Aweed, the hospitals of al-Sham Central Hospital, Kafr Nubl Surgical Hospital, al-Sayyidah Mariam, al-Khatib, the Orient in Kafr Nubl, Nabd al-Hayat Hospital in Hass, al-Tah Hospital, Sarja Hospital, Hospital 112 in Qal’aat al-Madiq, al-Maghara Hospital and Sham Hospital in al-Lataminah town, as well as health centers in Kafr Nabudah, Ma’aret Hurmah, al-Hbit and al-Rakaya, in addition to using internationally forbidden materials by the regime forces during their ground bombardment, which burned thousands of dunums of the agricultural lands south and west of Khan Shaykhun city, al-Hbit, Abdeen, outskirts of Kafrsajna, Kafr Ain, and other areas within the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and Hersh al-Skibiyyeh, Tal Hadaya, and the ICARDA in the southern countryside of Aleppo, as well as al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, not to mention the looting operations by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the areas they controlled; through robbing houses, shops, and agricultural crops of the civilians.

The regime of Bashar al-Assad and his Russian partner have not had enough with just all of that, so they claimed the lives of hundreds of Syrian civilians, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement until yesterday Sunday, the death of 543 civilians including 130 children and 108 citizen women, and they are: 65 including 19 children and 18 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 55 including 12 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 334 including 91 children, 62 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 79 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces.

And during the same period at least 859 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 543 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 752 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
